Congratulations to Jessica Spagnoli Marcano on passing the Certified Functional Manual Therapy (CFMT) exam with Honors in August 2017! This is a rigorous exam that gives students who have taken all the required continuing education coursework from the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) the ability to demonstrate that they have reached a competency in understanding, integrating and applying the principles and procedures from all the manual therapy coursework they have been taught. They are tested in a written, oral and practical format over several days. Spagnoli Physical Therapy now proudly has four Physical Therapists with this certification and integrates this philosophy with all our staff.
